Mipsterz
Back in 2017, the term mipster exploded after a hip video shared by a gang of Muslim girls in NYC who coined the term started circulating on the Internet. Mixing fashion with faith, the hijab-wearing hipsters wanted to break the stereotype sometimes associated with the garment. This piece discusses the movement with a few Stockholm mipsterz.
